Cleaning and maintenance of thermal receipt printer
① print is not clear;
② printed page portrait of a column is not clear;
③ Feed big noise.
Printhead cleaning procedure is as follows:
1 Turn off the printer, open the cover, if there is paper, paper removal;
2 If you have just finished printing, you should wait for the print head to cool completely;
3 with a soft cloth dipped in ethanol (should be wrung) erases the thermal printhead chip surface dust stain;
4 Wait ethanol completely evaporated after closing the cover, re-test machine printing.
5 Note:
6 Routine maintenance when the printer must ensure that the power is turned off.
7 Keep your hands and touch the printer head and the surface of metal objects not use tweezers and other tools to scratch the print head, print rubber roller and the sensor surface.
8 Not use gasoline, acetone and other organic solvents.
