In 16th September, typhoon striked Southern Part of China severely. Many infrastructures were damaged more or less during this disaster.
To sea ports, this was more terrible. They shut down all the ports and stopped all operations as precautions, and this was the first time that all the southern sea ports in China ever done in the history. This disaster caused a lot of direct economic loss, many containers were damaged, some part of them even gone with the waves. After this, our National Day will come soon, so the ports are more busy than usual. Trouble comes one after one.
These two factors caused the sea ports are almost in chaos, shipping OTD is delayed for many shipments. So if you just happened to have shipments these days, I'm afraid that they will be delayed also.
