Why the costs for small quantity OEM package is high and no suppliers willing to do that!
There are 2 main reasons
1. The film costs for one design and one size is the fixed, no matter how large the quantity is.
For example, the film costs is $150/design/size, if your quantity is 100pcs, the costs for each one will be $1.5. But for 1000pcs, it is $0.15 only.
2. The workshop need about 2 hours to adjust the production line.
If you have large quantity, they can produce this item for the whole day.
But for quantity like 100 pieces, they also need the same time for preparing work, but after half an hours working, they need to change again.
The production efficiency will be affected very much.
Finally, the larger quantity is, the cheaper price will be.
