How to confirm that the printer head is damaged?

After cleaning the printer head, use the good quality thermal paper, the printout is still not clear, how to do next?
1. Take down the rubber roll from the upper cover;
2. Put thermal receipt paper as attached;
3. Install the rubber roll in the printer head (it'll be easy to install from one side to another side);
4. After installing, print the self-test paper, check whether the printout is still fuzzy.
If it is still fuzzy, the print head is broken, it’s necessary to change it in time.
