Cash drawer and printer must match in order to work properly, the printer must have a cash drawer signal interface. Operating system Windows, you can select the parallel port, serial printers. Unable to open the cash drawer
First check whether the printer has been opened, and whether there is paper in it (to properly put on paper) because the cash box is the printer control. Then check whether the line has received a cash box behind the printer. Above work can not solve the problem, open the Start menu - settings, access the printer settings interface - basic settings - open the cash box after printing, is already enabled, if not, please enabled.
Receipt printer failed to print
First check the small ticket machine is properly connected to the POS, if the switch is turned on. If connected properly, check the system drive is installed correctly. Re-install the driver still does not solve the problem, open the Start menu - Devices and Printers, enter the printer settings screen to view the current drive which set the paper size and the paper size is the same (driver settings with the printer supports paper size should be the same size as the inside of the paper).
