1, first check the bottom of the printer's DIP switches to control the cutter look of Switch 1 is not in the "ON" side. If not, toggle switch 1, it stays in the "ON" side.
2. Second, you need to check the cutter is not being stuck, open the lid on top of the print head, you can see a white gear, toggle gear down a few times, we can solve the problem of knife stuck.
