  After new year, OCOM has recruited some freshmen to expand business and meet for a better future. And the holder has arranged related classes for them.

  For newcomers, internal training is of great account to understand company's running. They do not know what to do, how to do, why to do just graduated from college. They even do not understand economic operation clearly. Internal training is a chance to know the culture of company, the mission should be done, and to make sure that you can competent for the job or not. In this two weeks, experienced works shared their personal views and then make a discuss all together.
 
  This training includes corporate culture, platform operation, product's release, and customer development and maintenance.  Company's culture seems simple but it needs time to build up."To be the compelling choice for our partners."
