OCOM Internal Training Culture
From the establishment of OCOM, we have internal training culture to build a professional and powerful team, and help our colleagues to be more stronger. The traning time is not fixed. But according to current condition and decide if it is urgent or not. And for the topic, it depends on our employee's willing, company strategy and marketing condition etc.
Including but not limited to career skills, product function and operation, auxiliary working tools, marketing trend, customers local market condition, project experience etc.
The "teacher" is our sillful colleagues, department leader and at the same time, we will invite specialist out side. We keep learning, discussing, and operating to improve ourselves.
