OCOM POS System serves Mexico Government Project with mass delivery
In June of 2014, OCOM 12" POS system with Linux Ubuntu 14.04 Spanish Language OS serves MexicoGovernment Project with mass delivery.
This June, OCOM's partner in Mexico, EXXX Company,won a big bid of POS Systems project from the Mexico government. The productsbeing called for are 12” POS Terminal(POS8812) , 58mm Thermal Printer (OCPP-585) and Laser Barcode Scanner(OCBS-LA11).
Based on the strong technical capacity, we overcomedifficulties to have the POS installed with Linux Ubuntu 14.04Spanish Language Operating System, have the touch screen driver debugged tofits for this OS, and have the printer’s driver installed and printedsuccessfully under the same OS.
By end of June, OCOM has delivered the firstshipment to Mexico. In the following weeks, the next 3 shipments will bearranged continuously.
EXXX Company isthe regular client of OCOM since beginning of 2012. The cooperated productsinclude thermal printers, barcode scanners, POS Terminals, Touch Monitors, etc. During 2 and half yearscooperation, the two parties build up a solid relationship based on mutualunderstanding and trust.
