OCOM Sales Participated in the "International trade-commandos-training camp"
To better improve the Sales Teams’ ability of international trading, learns from our excellent peer and competitors, in the early of December, OCOM designate Doris and Ella as our representation to participate the 7days “"International trade-commandos-training camp” which organized by Shenzhen commercial chamber.
As young and fast growing sales in OCOM sales team, the working performance of Ella and Doris are well recognized by management and colleague. In the 7days training, they expanded their thinking, learned trading skill, got experience for team building…Their performance in the learning, assess in every subjects and final evaluation are extremely excellent.
When got back to work, Doris and Ellen also shared what they leant from Camp with sales Team members during spare times. Through the sharing meeting, every member learnt a lot of useful knowledge.
