On November 23 and November 25, 2021, OCOM has took two-day on-site audit to conduct certification of OCOM brand office in Shenzhen and Hunan plants respectively by the internationally renowned authoritative certification Intertek's experts.
With the influence of Covid-19, many clients around the world could not reach our company directly to have a face to face meeting and on-site inspections. Thus, Intertek came and conducted a on-site audit on behalf of clients, in order to help foreign clients aware further about OCOM’s real production condition and operating level.
The experts conducted on-site visits, interviews, photographs, access to relevant documents and records, etc., And a strict and meticulous audition of the company's office and production facilities, the capabilities of R&D, QA, exporting and others. At the same time, the auditors also worked with the video editing services company to produce a company's on-site introduction video.
In the end, Intertek has fully affirmed the standardization of operating processes of OCOM’s work.
After this review and evaluation, OCOM’s procedures and system have been passed relevant standards, and has the ability to serve large customers in a timely manner on a large scale.
