Recently, due to the failure to meet the collection target during the September procurement festival, the OCOM team, the company decided to arrange for the team to climb Nanshan collectively on October 26, aiming to enhance team cohesion, improve team responsibility and execution.
On the evening of October 26, members of the OCOM team gathered at the foot of Nanshan and began their journey to climb Nanshan. During the climb, team members encouraged each other, overcame difficulties together, and demonstrated good team spirit.
Company leaders said that this climb to Nanshan is a test for the OCOM team, and it is also a concentrated embodiment of team spirit. The company provided necessary material support for team members and arranged special personnel for safety supervision.
