2017 “TOP SALES” Winner— Five Days Of International Travelling

In order to encourage outstanding employees, expand employees' view, OCOM awarded a Five-day International travelling to Lily Li ,who won the reputation as "OCOM 2017 Top Sales ".

Miss Lily Li, who won the title "TOP SALES" of OCOM 2017, went to Phuket Island, Thailand from June 13 to June 18, 2018, had an unforgettable vacation.

Home station reporter specially interviewed Miss. Lily Li and invited her to talk about the feelings about this trip.

Q: Phuket island is a famous seaside vacationland. What impressed you the most about your trip to Thailand?

Lily: Especially memorable is the first deep dive in my life at Coral Island. At the beginning, I was very nervous. When I was in deep dive, my eardrum was very painful because of the disordered breath. Then I was thrown into a panic and  had to returned to the water surface.

I tried again soon and I mastered the skills of deep diving this time,I began to appreciate the scenery of the seabed,as well as the animals. I saw a lot of sea urchin eyes were shining, they seemed like staring at me, and i could listening to my deeply breathing under the sea, very wonderful feeling.

Q:Can you share with us your personal experience of this trip abroad?

Lily: Actually, I think it is not as difficult as I thought, as long as that we have arranged the schedule well before start. If we have opportunities, we should go out and see the world outside to learn more about the culture of different countries.I suggest that if you plan to travel abroad in the future, try to arrange your travel schedule in advance to avoid inconveniences during the trip.

Q: As all I know, this was your first time to abroad. After you come back, do you have anything want to say to the company?

Lily: Yes, it was the first time I went to abroad.I have thought about to travel abroad for a long time. Company’s leaders knew this, so they rewarded me in this way at the end of last year.
I personally feel that OCOM is a heartwarming company. Leaders tried to know   employees’ real thought and pursuits and then to satisfy them. Thanks my company for giving care and consideration to us.

Around 3 o’clock in the morning, Lily reached the Thai hotel. After a short sleep, she started a wonderful five-day trip in Thailand.
