EAN13 at the beginning of 0 is regarded as UPCA code
UPCA has the same pattern as the EAN13 barcode whose code starts with 0. The first 2 digits or the first 3 digits of EAN13 in the product code represent different countries. There is no EAN13 country code that starts with 0. So EAN13 that starts with 0 is Treated as UPCA code
