What should we do if the printing is not clear for thermal printer?
What should we do if the printing is not clear for thermal printer? Here are some suggestions from OCOM.
1. Please make sure the paper roll in your hand haven't been stocked for long time, cause if the thermal surface on paper has gone, the printing is not clear. So please try some other paper roll. You can use your ongles to scratch the paper, if the black color is not dark, then the paper has problem.
2. Please clearn the printer head by Alcohol cotton cloth
3. Please adjust the printing density in settings or by our printer setting tool.
4. if above methods can't solve the problem, then it may need to change printer head
