What to do if Q1/Q2 inserted SIM card but no network?


1. Did you insert the SIM card in right way?If the card haven't been inserted well, there will be a no SIM card symble on the top right side of the screen.


2. The band of your SIM card is not in the range that our terminal supported.


3. Please try to test SIM cards from different operaters.


4. If there is a tri-angle on the top-right side, but no network, it may because your SIM card operater set limitation of IMEI number for ther terminal. Please check the IMEI number on the device which can be used (like mobile), we can provide you driver and tool to reset the IMEI number.
