Job Responsibilities:
- through the platform , exhibitions and other channels to develop markets, find customers and facilitate transactions;
- Follow up the company's existing old customers, dig deep into customer needs, and promote customers to place orders periodically;Maintain and upgrade old customers;
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up with customers, and obtain orders;
- Follow up and process the whole process of the order, and complete the payment recovery;
- Improve customer satisfaction and stickiness.
job requirements:
*25- 35 Aged, college degree or above; experience in the new energy industry is preferred;
*CET-4 or above, excellent oral, listening and written English skills;
*Have 3-5 years working experience in foreign trade business;
* Love foreign trade work, strong initiative;
* Strong professional ability, customer analysis and development ability, sales negotiation skills;
*Possess a strong sense of home field and good communication, coordination and execution skills, and work quickly and sharply.
